The weather in Night City has a number of different variations, but, for the most part of the game, it is a bright, sunny with no trace of clouds. The Climate Change Mod by Essenthy makes up for this monotony by allowing the players to choose from fog, toxic fog, rain, overcast skies, and pollution as the default climate of the g
Punk hair galore! Cyberpunk 2077 certainly had its issues with glitches and bugs, but its hair designs were a treat in its character customization. The hair designs really fit the dystopian setting with its choice of neon colors and rebellious cuts. The game manages to give these options while also having choices for players who want their character to look a little more old-fashio
Night City genuinely feels like a lived-in space that is full to the brim with packed boroughs, crime-laden slums, and an expansive desert where nomads have made their homes. It's clear that a ton of planning went into creating this amazing urban landsc
Yet again commenting on the bugs and glitches that are riddled throughout Cyberpunk 2077 , this meme is almost the best of them all, as it uses a perfectly apt screenshot and caption from Spider-Man
In the movie, when Harry Osbourne finds Doctor Octopus in his lair working away on his sustained fusion experiment, it all goes awry. Harry starts screaming to shut it off, and the Twitter user compares it to when Projekt Red stumbled on a part of the game that hasn’t been properly rende
Night City. A place that's both hated and loved. It is loved by those who see it as a place to thrive, like corrupt businessmen, opportunistic mercenaries, and tough gangsters . It is hated for almost the exact same reason. Many consider it a place of scum and villainy, and it's easy to see why this is the case. The rift between the rich and poor is massive, with the former exploiting their power to maintain their influence at the cost of the latter. In retaliation, those below the poverty line turn to a life of crime in the hopes of making it big and earning a lot of c
I’m sitting far enough back that I’m out of the crowd. Watching. Watching the line of people and vehicles as they wait at the border. Watching the Tower Group guards as they give the go-ahead to some to pass through the gate, forcing others – often physically – out of line and sending them wearily back to the bordertown; the badlands. They were probably mutants. Tower guards hate mutants. On the other side of the gate lies Cincinnati, now one of the only places in North America that’s hospitable enough to act as a major city – at least, as far as I’m aware right now. I’ve seen planes flying in and out of the city. There has to be somewhere else, ri
Black Desert Online is famous for its detailed character creator. In terms of hair, it has a ton of choices. However, it can overwhelm some players. There are not really puff or afro styles, which is a serious issue considering its fame for customizat
Cyberpunkdreams is free-to-play, but there is an optional in-game transactional component. Everything you do in the game requires an Action. You have 40 Actions available to you, and gain one new Action every ten minutes. Obviously, the faster and longer you play, the quicker your Actions will get used up. Once you reach zero, you’ll need to wait for your Actions to build back up, or you can buy Credits using real-world money to expedite the process. Credits can also be used to buy locked content, should you come across it while playing. Credits are definitely optional, though. I was provided 1,000 Credits for review purposes, but in my weeks of playing, I’ve only used 170 Credits. I really only used them during my longer play sessions that lasted upwards of two to four hours. I actually like the Actions system, since when I run out of them, I take that as my indicator to pull myself away from the game’s cyberpunk world and re-enter real life. There’s no question that I could play Cyberpunkdreams for hours on end, so that "forced" break is apprecia
Cyberpunk 2077 had a very strange release, as it was delayed by years while at the same time being rushed. The game was too ambitious for its own good, which led to so many bugs and glitches that it made millions of gamers demand refunds, and Sony even removed it from the PlayStation St
Outrage is pretty common in gaming, and it feels wrong to be encouraging it, especially around a game as toxic as Cyberpunk 2077. For the record, I don’t care for the game. While it would have been fascinating to see how the game itself and the discourse around it would have been different if it came out bug free, it still would have had its issues. Bugs or no, Cyberpunk 2077 Money Guide 2077 is a game with a very binary perspective on gender that trades on a mostly superficial view of trans people , a horribly misogynistic view of women and sex workers , fridges one of its strongest female characters, and contained a (now patched out) racist m
