Completing runs of Dares of Eternity, the new six-player activity, grants Treasure Keys you can use to obtain unique rewards from Xur's Treasure Hoard—a new hub location added in this DLC. Three weapons are inspired by iconic weapons from the Halo franchise, one of which is Destiny 2's first Legendary Trace Rif

My favorite memories in Destiny involve playing with close friends. Defeating Riven legitimately in Last Wish wouldn’t have been nearly as exciting if I was with a group of randoms. Farming Master Nightfalls is infinitely more fun while joking around with close-knit Guardians. Going Flawless in the Trials of Osiris would have been impossible if it wasn’t for my clan helping me become a better player. Destiny is at its best when you’re bonding with friends while farming for a shiny gun.

The Anniversary Pack features two new Exotics, Forerunner and Gjallarhorn. Forerunner is inspired by the Halo: Combat Evolved Magnum. Gjallarhorn needs no introduction. Both are obtained from quests sold by Xur. Both weapons also have Exotic Cataly

In this menu, you'll be able to combine different resources to craft treats for vendors across Destiny 2's various destinations. Every recipe requires three things: an ingredient, a rare ingredient, and Essence of Dawning. Ingredients have a chance to drop from slain enemies, the type of ingredient determined by the enemy you killed and how they were slain. Essence of Dawning drops from various activites. We'll cover both resource types more in-depth in a minute. For now, place the ingredients Eva gave you into the oven to craft one set of Gjallardood

Helmets are about to suffer the same fate as arms, arguably worse. While most arm mods give minor buffs in PvE, helmet mods include ammo finders that bypass Destiny’s otherwise random ammo economy. Most players run two ammo finders in PvE, but now they’ll be forced to use one if they want to take advantage of Charged with Light or other Orb mods. Crucible players will need to forgo targeting mods altogether if they want their Primary and Special weapons to spawn Orbs.

An additional change Bungie announced is the reduced cost of changing the elemental affinity of Masterworked armor. If you want to change the element of your helmet from Arc to Void, it’ll only cost some Glimmer and an Upgrade Module. This alone is a great change, but veteran players like myself wonder if this is the Monkey’s Paw at work.

And let’s not forget about Charged with Light , arguably the most useful set of armor mods for endgame content. Taking Charge—a mod that grants Charged with Light stacks upon grabbing an Orb of Power—has been a staple for almost every endgame build in Destiny. Protective Light synergizes with Taking Charge to give endgame builds some much-needed survivability. Grenade builds typically use Firepower and this mod to have constant grenade charges. Even Crucible builds use Taking Charge to activate High-Energy Fire, reducing the TTK of most guns. Every build that uses Taking Charge will need yet another mod for this interaction to function. For some players, that’s a big ask.

Crucible players might want to skip this weapon altogether and farm for a good Cartesian Coordinate or Plug One instead . If you really want to make this weapon work, keep an eye out for Under Pressure and either Backup Mag or High-Impact Reser

Similar to the Gjallarhorn quest , you can start the Forerunner's Magnum Opus quest by speaking to Xur at his Treasure Trove after completing your first Dares of Eternity run. He'll give you the Magnum Opus quest through a dialogue prompt, although you can claim it under the "Quests" tab of his inventory should you miss it. To finish this quest, you must be at least rank four with Xur. The Strange Key he gives you is needed for one of Forerunner's quest st

imageOnce you’ve been rescued by a team of compassionate veterans, you’ll be greeted to the barren wastes of the Cosmodrome to get acquainted with Destiny 2’s gunplay and abilities, completing two story missions in the process. An NPC called Shaw Han then gives you a rundown mouse click on Libtoc how to do bounties—yes, bounties. Just about every aspect of Destiny’s storytelling has been exposition up to this point, so most players aren’t going to be interested in killing 30 Fallen in some Cosmodrome Lost Sector. They might not even know what the hell a Lost Sector is. If someone uninstalled during this point, I wouldn’t blame them at all.

Let’s say that you were a newer player and wanted to create a simple build that could tackle Master Nightfalls. Back during Forsaken, you’d equip your favorite Exotics and be just fine. Now, you need good Exotics and:
