Settlement of Wagers
Statistics supplied by the official score(s) company or the main site of the appropriate competition or event will be used to settle wagers. Where statistics from an official score(s) supplier or main site are not readily available or there is substantial evidence that the official score(s) service provider or official website is incorrect, we will use independent evidence to support bet settlement.
In the lack of consistent, independent proof or in the existence of significant conflicting evidence, bets will be settled based on our own statistics.
Betting Information
General
Race Surface
If on the day of a race the surface area is transformed (e.g., Turf to Dirt/All Weather or vice versa), then bets will stand.
Win/Place Betting
Bets are settled to win unless Win/Place is selected. An Win/Place bet is a bet of two times the chosen system wager. It contains one bet of system wager on the choice to Win and one bet of unit wager on the choice to be Placed according to the terms advertised for the event. In basic, the Place part of Win/Place bets will be settled based on the following Place terms:
- Handicaps of 16 or more starters, one quarter the chances, initially four locations.
- Handicaps of 12 to 15 beginners, one quarter the odds, first 3 places.

- Races of 5, 6, or 7 starters, one quarter the odds, first two locations.

Position Payout
Position Payout is a fixed odds market, which provides you the option to put a bet on your horse to complete within a variety of finishing positions. The payout of your bet is determined by the set multiplier assigned to the completing position of your horse.
Bets on scratches will be considered no action.
If a horse(s) is withdrawn from a particular race with odds of higher than +475, your selection will stand at the current costs. If the withdrawn horse(s) has odds of +450 or less, then your choice will be recalculated at the existing costs. In case of the number of runners in the race being equal to or less than the variety of finishing positions used sometimes of bet positioning, then bets will be deemed no action.
For any Position Payout bets, in case of a dead-heat, we will pay the complete multiplication worth for the higher location. As an example, if your horse dead heats up for 3rd and fourth place, you will be paid completely for the 3rd place multiplier.
Our Double Result discount will apply to this market.
Runners Under Starting Orders
In all races the variety of beginners will be the number of beginners coming under starters orders. Bets will not be accepted where the Place wager exceeds the Win wager. Win/Place 2 Leg Parlays, 3 Leg Parlays, and Multi Leg Parlays will be settled Win to Win and Place to Place in accordance with the above.
Each Way Extra
Each Way Extra bets are thought about a balanced out to basic Win/Place terms. In case of scratches, if the standard Win/Place terms change, then the Each Way Extra terms will likewise alter accordingly (consisting of changes to the number of places readily available and/or the marketplace location portion).

Refund (Win Insurance) 7 Places
As above but money back for completing 2nd, third, 4th, fifth, 6th, or seventh.
Refund (Win Insurance) 8 Places
As above however refund for ending up 2nd, 3rd, 4th, fifth, sixth, seventh, or eighth.
Refund (Win Insurance) 9 Places
As above but cash back for ending up 2nd, 3rd, fourth, 5th, sixth, seventh, eighth, or ninth.
Cash Back (Win Insurance) 10 places
As above but refund for finishing second, 3rd, 4th, 5th, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, or tenth.
Place Betting
To Place 2-10/1 -2/ 1-2-3 Betting
These markets are settled according to the terms promoted for the occasion. Bets on scratches will be deemed no action, and when applicable, a deduction will apply to all staying runners based upon the pertinent Place Only/1 -2/ 1-2-3 odds of the withdrawn horse at the time of withdrawal, using the table below. In the event of scratches, we reserve the right to alter the place terms offered for subsequent bets positioned. In case of the variety of runners in the race amounting to or less than the variety of places offered sometimes of bet positioning, then bets will be considered no action. Normal dead-heat rules apply. Our Double Result deal will use to this market. However, our Lucky 15/31/63 bonus offers do not apply to Place Only bets.

In case of two or more horses being scratched before coming under Starter's Orders, then the overall reductions will not go beyond $0.90 in $.
Betting Without
Dead-heat guidelines use. Where we provide odds on an event without a chosen selection(s), for settlement purposes the finishing position of the "without" choice(s) will be overlooked.
In case of a scratch or of scratches a Rule 4 reduction will be applied based upon the price (in the specified "without" market) of the non-runner at the time of withdrawal. In the case of a scratch or of scratches leaving only one quoted runner in a "without" market, then our Walkover guidelines will apply and bets will be considered no action.
Where there are no finishers in a race omitting the "without" selections, then all bets will be considered no action.
Any Win/Place terms marketed are chosen the actual variety of runners who take part in the race, excluding the "without" selection(s).
Fixed Odds Exactas and Fixed Odds Trifectas
Fixed Odds Exacta
When Fixed Odds Betting is readily available with 3 or more beginners, bet365 might provide Fixed Odds Exacta Wagers. Exacta wagering includes anticipating 1st and second places in a race.
